7/28/08 - EVO Flight Night
Upcoming:
EVO
Pizzeria in North Charleston, SC does a Flight Night each Tuesday that
features beers that are not very approachable for the average beer
drinker. They offer beers that are somewhat obscure that people would
not normally opt for. The flight is served with a chef's selection of
cheeses and some locally grown produce to accompany them. This Tuesday
Nights Flight had four 5oz. beers including:
Victory Whirlwind Witbier (a Wheat Beer From PA),
Coast Alterior Motive (a SC locally brewed Altbier),
Rogue Juniper Pale Ale (a pale alebrewed with juniper berries from OR), and
Bear Republic Big Bear Stout (a Stout from CA).

7/21/08 - BeerFlight.com Conception
Beer Flight.com was created as a marketing device for beer flight paddles that I had milled in Burlington, VT and hand stain and lacquer in Charleston, SC. The flight paddles are meant for restaurants and bars that carry smaller production craft beers. The idea behind the beer flight is to educate beer drinkers by offering the option to sample small servings of numerous beers, that they normally would not want to make a 16 oz. commitment to.
